The Georgia Chapter of the APWA contributes over $15,000 per year in scholarships to deserving students who are pursuing careers in disciplines related to the public works industry and other charities throughout the State of Georgia.  This year’s fundraiser will help us to maintain this level of support.  In August 2025, the Georgia Chapter will be hosting the Public Works Expo in Atlanta and a small percentage of the excess proceeds will be used in support of this effort.

We have a fun golf outing planned and want to fill the course on Friday, June 9, 2023. Please return your registration form by Friday, May 19, 2023.

• Shotgun Start – 9:00 a.m. – Range Balls Not Included
• 2 - Putt Shootout – 7:30 a.m.
• Format – 2 Person Scramble / Lowest Score
• Tournament – Awards for 1^st and 2^nd Place Winners
• Closest To Pin and Longest Drive Hole Events
• Buffet Luncheon, Prize Ceremony, and Raffle Following Golf

Registration Note:     Registration Fee for golfers - $100 per person/$200 per team

Sign up as a team – or as an individual. Remember the format is a two man/lowest score per hole.  Opposing teams will keep the other’s score. (Note: Any deviation from this format will result in the team’s disqualification.)

• Company’s Name Will Appear on the Green’s Flag and Printed Materials

• Includes sponsor sign at Lunch Buffet Table

?          $300               – Beverage Cart Sponsor

• Total of 2 sponsorships needed
• Includes sponsor Logo drink/snack cards for each golfer at registration

?          $400               – Breakfast Sponsor

• Total of 2 sponsorships needed
• Includes sponsor sign at Breakfast Buffet Table

Traveling I-20 East; (West of Exit 68)

 At Exit 68, take ramp right for Wesley Chapel Road; Turn right onto Wesley Chapel Road 2 miles; Turn left onto Snapfinger Road/Ga. Hwy. 155 @ Quik Trip 5 miles; Keep straight on G. Hwy. 155; Turn left onto Ward Road 0.2 miles; Turn left onto Little Mountain Drive 0.5 miles; Golf Course will be on the right.

  Traveling I-20 West; (East of Exit 71)

 At Exit 71, take ramp right to Panola Road; Turn left onto Panola Road and head south 3.3 miles; Turn left onto Snapfinger Road/Ga. Hwy. 155 1.1 miles; Turn left onto Ward Road 0.2 miles; Turn left onto Little Mountain Drive 0.5 miles; Golf Course will be on the right.

Special Donations:

Additional prize donations and/or giveaways (i.e. tees, balls, hats, putters, gloves, etc.) will be accepted from any of the sponsors.
